If you still can’t find an answer to your questions, please submit a support ticket (making sure that you have your order number handy).

Please note we cannot refund or exchange your tickets if they have already been scanned, or if the event date has passed. ANY requests to exchange tickets must be made at least 24 hours prior to the date on your tickets. ANY issues or event feedback MUST be communicated to Box Office Staff on the day. No exceptions.
